Grace believes that therapy is most effective when grounded in a strong, trusting relationship, and tailors treatment to the unique personality and needs of each client. In her work, Grace emphasizes increasing self-awareness, promoting self-confidence, and helping clients develop positive coping strategies for life’s challenges. She takes an integrative approach to counseling, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic Therapy, to support clients in understanding the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, to create positive change.
Her background as a competitive gymnast gives Grace a unique perspective on the mental health needs of young athletes, and she brings this insight into her clinical work. Grace values the mind-body connection and believes that movement can play a powerful role in emotional regulation and overall well-being.
