Do Therapy Differently
Join Our Team!
Child & Adolescent Therapist – Experiential & Movement-Based Therapy
Full-Time, W-2 | Northbrook, IL
What if therapy didn't have to happen sitting still?
We’re not looking for one kind of therapist. We’re looking for a different kind. The kind who believes therapy with kids can happen while shooting baskets, building something, moving, creating, or playing, not just sitting in a chair. You don’t need to be an athlete. You do need to be curious, creative, active, and excited about reimagining what therapy with kids can look like.
At The Art of Well-Being, we believe clinicians do their best work when they feel supported. Collaboration, consultation, and supervision are cornerstones of our practice, and we’re looking for clinicians who want to join a team built on clinical excellence, integrity, and genuine care for one another.
InMotion Therapy is grounded in play therapy and Polyvagal Theory, delivered in sensory-rich spaces where movement and play support regulation, emotional awareness, and resilience.
You might be an athlete. Or an artist. A dancer. A builder. A yogi. A maker. A gamer. Or simply someone who loves working with kids in creative, active ways. If you’re a therapist who likes to do, we want to meet you.
Come do therapy differently.
